Can I take payment from clients?+

Yes on Professional and Authority, and during the 30-day trial. Clients can pay by card when they book (Stripe, money goes to your account), or you send a payment request with your own bank or PayPal details.

Is calendar and booking on every plan?+

The 30-day trial includes the full Professional workspace, including calendar and booking. After trial, calendar, booking, and client payments stay on Professional and Authority. Essential keeps the core creation tools without calendar.

How is client data kept?+

Notes are only visible inside your signed-in workspace. Sensitive clinical fields are encrypted at rest, traffic is HTTPS, and data is hosted on AWS in Ireland. You can nominate a records custodian for your retention duty.
