Client records and notes
Keep notes, history, and next steps with each client—not scattered across tools.
Write session notes in your protected workspace, review what you covered last time, track upcoming appointments, and move clients between active and past lists without losing history.
Hypno Admin Pro keeps hypnotherapy client notes, intake, consent, session history, and next appointments in one secure GDPR-minded record—so follow-up between sessions is clear and private.

Notes that stay with the client
After a session, capture what mattered in concise notes. Before the next appointment, open the same record and see context immediately—no hunting through email or folders. Photograph handwritten notes if that is how you work.
Intake and consent before the first session
Share an intake form, add your own questions, attach practice documents, and collect digital consent so the file is ready when they sit down. Follow-up emails after the session can carry an audio link or a document without leaving the record.
Security and privacy
Notes live behind sign-in. Sensitive clinical fields are encrypted at rest, traffic is HTTPS, and data is hosted on AWS in Ireland. You can nominate a records custodian for your retention duty. This is practice software, not a public page for client data.
Common questions
Are client notes visible to the public?+
No. Notes and client records are only available inside your authenticated workspace.
Can I keep past clients without cluttering my active list?+
Yes. Move clients between active and past while keeping full history available when you need it.
Is intake and consent included?+
Yes. You can send a shareable intake form, add custom questions, attach practice documents, and collect digital consent before the first session.
Where are hypnotherapy client notes stored?+
In your private Hypno Admin Pro workspace behind sign-in. Notes sit with each client's session history, intake, and bookings. Sensitive fields are encrypted; data is hosted in Ireland.
