No. The main tasks are guided: add a client, create a booking, write notes, build a script, and export audio from clear screens. You can start with one part of the workspace and add more when you need it.

You tell the system the topic, client context, and preferred style, then build the script section by section. You can prompt each part in context, regenerate only the section you want to improve, and keep full control before using anything with clients.

It is designed as a drafting tool with the therapist in control. You build scripts section by section, regenerate only what you choose, and review or edit everything before using it with clients. Hypno Admin Pro supports your professional judgement; it does not replace it.

Hypno Admin Pro treats client records, notes, scripts, bookings, and audio as confidential professional material. Data is hosted in the EU (Ireland), the app uses encrypted connections, sensitive clinical fields are AES-256 encrypted at rest, and account-based access controls help ensure users only access their own workspace. No. Your records live in the cloud, not only on one machine. They are stored on reliable infrastructure with backups and redundancy built in, so a lost laptop or crashed browser does not wipe your practice. Sign in from another device and your information is still there.

We do not automatically delete your clinical records when a subscription ends. Export from Settings while you still have access, or email info@hypnoadminpro.com for an export or to restore access. Retention for your practice is typically eight years after the last adult session under CNHC-style guidance. See the Privacy Policy for the full wording.

For many solo practitioners, yes. Professional and Authority include built-in calendar and booking with session types, availability windows, confirmations, reminders, and client manage-booking links.

Yes. It is built with UK practitioners in mind, including GBP pricing and a workflow designed for private practice: booking, scripts, audio, and client records connected around the client.

Yes. You can keep public booking off and still schedule manually from Calendar or directly from the client area.

Yes. Clients can use their manage-booking link to reschedule or cancel, so you do less manual admin.

Yes. Hypno Admin Pro is registered with the ICO. All connections to the service are encrypted (HTTPS), data is hosted on Supabase in the EU (Ireland), sensitive clinical fields are AES-256 encrypted at rest, and account-based access controls (Row Level Security) mean your data is yours and only accessible from your own account.

Yes. We are set up for UK GDPR: the Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, retention, subprocessors, and your rights (including access, correction, deletion, and export). To use a right, email info@hypnoadminpro.com.

Hypno Admin Pro follows HIPAA-aligned security practices: encryption of sensitive data at rest, encrypted connections, account-based access controls, a tamper-evident access log, and Business Associate Agreements with key sub-processors such as OpenAI and Google. It is not independently certified as “HIPAA compliant” and is not marketed as a HIPAA medical-records platform. HIPAA compliance is a shared responsibility, so practitioners remain responsible for using it in a way that fits their professional, legal, and regional obligations.

During the MVP stage, support is handled directly by email at info@hypnoadminpro.com. We aim to respond within 1-2 working days, with urgent access or billing issues prioritised where possible.

Yes. Save your meeting link once in Booking settings and it can be included in confirmations, reminders, and manage-booking pages.

When you register you get 30 days of full Professional access (including calendar and booking). NO CREDIT CARD NEEDED. When the trial ends, you choose Essential (£12), Professional (£19), or Authority (£24) per month to keep using the workspace. Cancel anytime.

Inside Hypno Admin Pro, open Audio Studio, choose your script, record your voice or use a built-in AI voice, add music and binaural beats, then export an MP3 you can share with your client. If you already have ElevenLabs, you can connect it and use those voices too, including a clone of your own.

Yes. In Audio Studio, on Choose voice, tick Use your ElevenLabs voices and paste your API key. Your ElevenLabs voices, including a clone of your own, appear in the picker. Speech uses your ElevenLabs credits, and each generation still counts as one audio export.
