1. About Hypno Admin Pro

Hypno Admin Pro (“the Service”) is a web-based workspace operated by Dante Harker (“we”, “us”, “our”). It provides AI-assisted script generation, audio tools, client management, and session delivery features for professional hypnotherapists.

The Hypno Admin Pro website and application software were created by DH Tech (danteharker.com/tech).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a qualified or student-level hypnotherapist (or allied professional) to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with others. If you become aware of any unauthorised access, please contact us immediately.

4. Free Trial & Subscription

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with usage limits. After the trial period, continued access to AI-powered features requires a paid subscription at the current published rate (plans from £9 / month). Payment is handled by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or private information.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the Service.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its AI-generated output without our written consent.
• Upload content that is defamatory, abusive, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

6. AI-Generated Content

Scripts, suggestions, affirmations, and other AI-generated content are produced by third-party large language models. While we design our prompts for clinical appropriateness, AI output may contain errors or unsuitable material. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before using it in a therapeutic setting. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or fitness-for-purpose of AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

Content you create or generate through the Service (scripts, notes, audio files) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service. The Service itself — including its design, code, and branding — is owned by Dante Harker and protected by copyright.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
