1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Similar technologies (for example local storage or pixels) can work in a comparable way. UK PECR and UK GDPR require us to tell you what we use and, for non-essential cookies, to get your consent first.

2. Essential cookies

These are required for the Service to work. They do not need consent under PECR.

• Authentication — Supabase session cookies so you stay signed in securely.
• OAuth state — short-lived cookies when you connect Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, or Stripe Connect.
• Cookie preference — hap_cookie_consent stores whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies (up to 12 months).

3. Optional analytics and advertising

Only if you click Accept on our cookie banner (or change preferences later) do we enable:

• Google Analytics 4 — to understand aggregated site and app usage.
• Google Ads — to measure advertising conversions when we run ads.

Until you accept, Google tags run in Consent Mode with analytics and ad storage denied. You can Reject optional cookies; the site still works.

4. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregated traffic and performance. Per Vercel's documentation these do not rely on advertising cookies and do not identify you personally. See our Privacy Policy.
